Online Notary Service or E - Notarization

Online notarization benefits are numerous. It is safer, more secure and has a more thorough record than in a traditional notarization.

Remote Online Notarization, or RON, is the use of audio/visual technology to complete a notarial act when the principal is not in the same physical location as the notary public. Our online notary service process is simple to use and easy to access with extra security measures to ensure complete privacy. We notarize your documents online with Secure Sign. Location does not matter for U. S. Citizens.

Our process is simple for online notary service:

~ Upload Your Documents for Notarization
~ Add Additional Signers/Witnesses (if needed)
~ Verify Identity and Take a Picture of Your ID/Drivers License
~ Connect to Your Notary Agent and Digitally Sign Your Document

Mobile/ Traveling Notary

If you have ever needed something notarized, you understand that the process is a hassle. Finding a notary to visit is growing difficult and finding the time to visit a notary might be even harder.

And it’s not like you can just wait around. Notarized documents are often the last thing between a mortgage for the home of your dreams, establishing power of attorney for a family member, or a travel consent form for your little one.

Superior Title comes to you. It is our mission to serve your notarial needs and we make it easy by coming to you. Once your appointment is confirmed a Mobile Notary will be available to meet you at an agreed upon location.

In Person Notary

Often requests for notarization involve the signing of documents with a wet signature (in person). In all cases, all signers and any required witness(es) must be present for the notarization. You’ll need to bring acceptable ID as required by Montana along with all pages of the document being notarized.
